Summary:

Develops and executes programs to attract targeted customer worth segments. Directs the efforts of the Player Development. Budgets revenue and expenses and monitors such to ensure reinvestment strategies are within goal. Coordinates department reporting, analysis and market research projects. Manages the Player Development, International Casino Marketing and Rush Rewards team. Develops and monitors revenue goals, and related incentive programs for sales teams. Creation and maintenance of relationships with outside affiliations such as hotels, restaurants, transportation companies and area attractions. Ability to extend complementary services in accordance with the approved comp matrix. Fully complies with all applicable rules, regulations, laws and policies, and conducts themselves with highest levels of integrity and honesty Prepares detailed reports on Player Development and player development effectiveness. Works with the Promotions, Advertising and Database Marketing departments on Casino Marketing/Player Development programs Creates Casino Marketing department budgets and forecasts. Works with all operational departments to ensure successful implementation of marketing objectives. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or older. BS or BA in Marketing preferred. 5 or more years of casino marketing and management experience. Knowledge of Konami Casino Management System or similar gaming Customer Relations Management system. Excellent interpersonal, communication, team building and leadership skills. Knowledge of Casino Marketing Management Systems. Physical and Mental Demands: Regularly required to see, talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel. Required to lift up to 20 lbs. Work in fast paced, noisy and smoky environment.
