About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Secure Manufacturing & Production to spearhead the transition of its innovative products from prototype to scalable production. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a strong R&D background, capable of driving the manufacturing strategy to meet the company's growth objectives in the national security, IC, and commercial sectors. This role demands a visionary executive who can ensure that the design and production of high-performance hardware systems align with the mission of delivering technological superiority. The VP will be responsible for end-to-end manufacturing operations, including prototyping, testing, supply chain, logistics, and quality control, and must have a proven track record in building and scaling manufacturing functions for hardware products, preferably in national security or IC markets.
Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree or MBA preferred, and at least 10 years' experience in R&D and manufacturing. A deep understanding of the hardware development lifecycle, secure communications systems, and experience in the cleared space with an active Top Secret clearance are essential. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to inspire teams and align manufacturing goals with business objectives.
