About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a strong background in strategic finance and growth, financial operations and systems, M&A integration, external relations and compliance, and team leadership. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with the CEO and leadership to guide key financial and operational decisions, long-term planning, and capital allocation. This role requires oversight of FP&A, forecasting, pricing, utilization, profitability, and margins to drive organic growth. The CFO will also be tasked with building and mentoring a high-performing finance team, ensuring financial operations are in line with GAAP, and leading the financial strategy, FP&A, and systems modernization.
Applicants for the CFO position at the company must have a minimum of 10 years' progressive financial leadership experience, including a role as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership capacity within a marketing agency, consultancy, or professional services firm. The role demands a proven track record in working with project-based businesses, M&A, and experience in financial management principles. The ideal candidate will have a degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with a preference for those holding a CPA. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively with senior executives and stakeholders.
