The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and building the healthcare vertical, driving strategy, execution, and revenue growth across enterprise healthcare organizations. Candidates for this role should be proven healthcare sales leaders with a track record of driving 7- and 8-figure enterprise deals. The ideal candidate will have at least 12 years' experience in enterprise and strategic sales, with a focus on the healthcare vertical, and a strong background in cybersecurity, fraud prevention, identity, or complex SaaS solutions. Deep knowledge of healthcare market dynamics, regulatory environment, and the buyer journey for providers and payers is essential. The role requires a strategic builder and hands-on operator who can influence at the executive level, lead a high-performing team, and is adept at managing complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles. The candidate should be data-driven, with a disciplined approach to pipeline management, and possess strong communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
