The Company is seeking a VP of Business Development to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and acquiring strategic business relationships to drive growth in the Denver and Seattle markets. This role requires the maintenance of established partnerships and a strong focus on client satisfaction. The VP of Business Development will work closely with the Managing Director and Senior Vice President of Business Development, as well as larger Client Services and Operations teams, to meet the company's growth goals. Key responsibilities include setting up and participating in client calls, developing proposals, and presentations, and utilizing market tools to proactively identify new business opportunities. The role also involves attending industry events and ensuring client satisfaction through proactive communication and strategic solutions.

Applicants for the VP of Business Development position at the company should have a BA/BS degree and a proven track record of 4-6 years in business development or sales. Strong regional leadership experience in a multifamily company, with a focus on operations, marketing, retail, and operations, is required. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship-building, influencing, and organizational skills, as well as solid project and time management abilities.
