About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Population Health Strategy and Care Model Innovation. This senior leadership role is pivotal in shaping and executing the next generation of centralized enterprise population health and care delivery strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving collaborative strategy development, leading a team to ensure the successful execution of high-impact programs, and identifying and championing opportunities for innovation that enhance access, affordability, quality, and member experience. A key aspect of the role is to operate with executive presence, influence, and motivate internal stakeholders, and to lead with a relentless focus on clinical, financial, and operational outcomes across the care model portfolio.

Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 10 years' experience in healthcare strategy, care delivery operations, population health, or related leadership roles, with a strong preference for those with a background in top-tier management consulting, healthcare venture development, or payer-provider transformation. The role requires a deep understanding of value-based care, health equity, and integrated delivery systems, as well as a proven track record in leading complex, enterprise-wide initiatives with measurable business and clinical impact. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, strong financial acumen, and the ability to build and lead high-functioning teams and partnerships. An advanced degree in a relevant field is strongly preferred.
