What You’ll Be Doing

Strategic Buying & Inventory Management

– Use data-driven insights to acquire, manage, and price inventory for maximum profitability.

Vehicle Acquisitions

– Oversee private party purchases, trade-ins, consignments, and auction strategies.

Profitability & Market Analysis

– Ensure strong front-end gross, collaborate on pricing strategies, and stay ahead of market trends.

Team Leadership

– Hire, train, and develop a team of buyers and acquisition specialists.

Wholesale & Auctions

– Manage wholesale strategies, auction attendance, and post-sale procedures.

Operations & Logistics

– Oversee transportation, title processing, and administrative functions.

Proven Leadership Experience

Tech-Savvy & Process-Driven

– You’re comfortable with industry platforms like CarOffer, DealerBlock, and Manheim Express and can navigate digital systems with ease.
