Responsibilities:
Report to the team manager and collaborate with others across the organization to translate high-level roadmap vision into practical feature specifications and deliverables. Develop the Zoom Phone platform using Java and Spring Boot framework. Create a secure, scalable platform utilizing cloud infrastructure technologies such as Microservices Architecture, RESTful APIs, and AWS. Implement cloud-based test automation solutions and deployment strategies to optimize service performance and ensure product stability using AWS services like EC2, ECS, ElasticCache, and S3. Build complex metrics solutions with data visualization support for relevant insights. What we're looking for:
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or a foreign degree equivalent. Must have 3 years of experience in the relevant occupation, including: Experience with large-scale contact center cloud applications. Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Spring MVC. Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as Redis and Amazon DynamoDB. Knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and performance optimization techniques including caching and database query optimization. Understanding of distributed system architecture design and experience with high traffic, high concurrency systems. Experience with cloud computing and application security. Minimum: $199,534.00 Maximum: $228,700.00 Additional compensation includes bonus and equity, based on a total direct compensation philosophy. Starting pay depends on qualifications and experience, with location-based variations possible. Ways of Working
