• Joining 5 physicians and 5 APPs
• 2 openings. One is retirement and one is replacement
• 4-day work week from 8 am 5 pm
• Call is shared between 5 doctors and is very light with nurse triage system in place
• 15-25 patients per day

• Competitive base salary up to $185,000 with additional $20,000 - $25,000 per year in production incentives
