Role Overview
As first Growth Manager at Serval, you’ll build and own our growth strategy from the ground up, driving awareness and customer acquisition. You’ll design and execute data-driven experiments that deliver real, measurable impact against ambitious pipeline targets. This role is perfect for someone who’s excited to combine technical skills, strategic thinking, and creativity to fuel rapid growth at a high-energy startup. You’ll be a crucial connector across the organization, using analytics and user insights to identify opportunities, prototype solutions, and iterate fast. We’re looking for a builder who’s not afraid to roll up their sleeves and pioneer new approaches to drive acquisition. What You’ll Do
Design & Implement Growth Experiments : Identify key growth levers across channels, set up hypotheses, run experiments, and iterate based on data. Understand Customers : Uncover insights about Serval’s customers and use these findings to inform growth experiments. Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Partner with product and engineering teams to turn data insights into testable hypotheses, new features, and impactful campaigns. Build & Maintain Growth Infrastructure : Select and integrate tools (analytics platforms, CRM, attribution, etc) that enable rapid iteration and tracking of critical metrics. Champion Data-Driven Culture : Communicate findings to leadership and the broader team, influencing decisions with clear, concise reporting. Stay Ahead of Trends : Discover and implement new and creative tactics to drive pipeline. What You’ll Need
2+ years of growth or product experience at a B2B SaaS company, ideally with exposure to data-driven experimentation and optimization. Technical Aptitude : Familiarity with analytics tools, marketing automation platforms, and basic scripting or querying (e.g., SQL, Python) is a plus. Proven Track Record : Demonstrated success in designing, running, and scaling growth experiments with measurable outcomes. Self-Motivated & Adaptable : Ready to thrive in a fast-paced environment—able to pivot quickly while remaining laser-focused on growth goals. Strong Communication Skills : Able to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Analytical Mindset : Comfortable slicing and dicing data, identifying trends, and forming clear hypotheses for improvement. Bonus Points
