The Global Business Solutions Group Product Growth team focuses on accelerating business outcomes through data-driven product funnel optimization. The team combines analytics, customer discovery, rapid execution, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize key product funnels and establish growth frameworks that serve as a center of excellence. This team is being built from the ground up, aiming to assemble world-class growth talent passionate about shaping the future of Product Growth at Intuit. As a Staff Product Designer on the Product Growth team, you will lead the design strategy and execution of high-impact growth initiatives. You will craft user-centric experiences that drive scalable growth across business units, collaborating with Engineering, Product Management, and Data Science teams to ensure alignment and excellence. As the growth function scales, there will be opportunities to assume broader leadership roles. What you'll bring
5+ years of experience in product design, with a proven record of driving growth through user-centered design and experimentation. Experience leading cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, data science, and research. Ability to collaborate with and influence design, product management, marketing, and engineering leaders to achieve outcomes. Core Skills and Competencies
Customer-Centricity & Business Acumen: Deep empathy for customers and understanding of how design impacts growth metrics and business outcomes. Analytical Rigor: Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data to inform design decisions and measure success. Collaboration & Leadership: Strong skills in leading cross-functional teams and inspiring stakeholders. Execution Excellence: Proven track record of delivering results through agile, iterative design processes. Leadership Responsibilities
Define and own the design strategy for growth initiatives aligned with business goals. Contribute to evolving Intuit’s Design System and practices through testing and iteration. Develop design visions and roadmaps, collaborating effectively across teams. Set high standards for design work and serve as a role model for best practices. Team & User-Centered Design
Leverage customer insights and data to inform design decisions and develop experiments. Implement scalable design solutions and pilot innovative approaches. Help grow the design function into a center of excellence with leadership pathways. Job Details
