Digital Product Owner
based in Atlanta, GA. You will co-drive our journey in developing digital products and solutions with a dynamic, global team using leading technology to solve challenging problems and create new business opportunities. Essential Job Functions Product Ownership:
Feel and take ownership of the digital product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and technical feasibility. Develop user stories based on customer insights and oversee the process to value creation. Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights, feedback, and requirements. Collaborate with teams to define, design, and develop solutions that add value. Build strong relationships across global stakeholders including business, IT, security, and customers. User-Centric Design:
Advocate for user-centric design principles, ensuring digital products meet or exceed customer expectations. Data-Driven Decision Making:
Use data analytics and KPIs to measure success and ensure value creation. Manage all steps from development to process changes, training, and KPI adjustments. Qualifications Master’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field. 5-10 years of experience as a Digital Product Owner or similar role. Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies in a global B2B environment. Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. Strong organizational and project management skills. Experience in digital product development (software, mobile apps, web platforms). Pragmatic, proactive, and dedicated to product success. Team-oriented with a focus on shared goals.
