Direct message the job poster from Carnamic Locations: Hayward Kia / San Leandro Hyundai About the Role We are seeking two experienced and driven F&I Managers to join our growing team—one based at Hayward Kia and another at San Leandro Hyundai. The F&I Manager plays a critical role in the dealership by ensuring a smooth and transparent finance process for our customers, maximizing profitability, and maintaining strict compliance with all state and federal regulations. Key Responsibilities: • Present financing options, extended service contracts, GAP, and other protection products to customers. • Secure financing approvals through lender relationships while achieving the highest possible approval rates. • Structure deals to maximize profit while ensuring compliance with all lending laws, regulations, and dealership policies. • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering a transparent, professional, and efficient F&I experience. • Work closely with the sales team to support deal flow and ensure all paperwork is accurate and complete. • Track and report on finance performance metrics (warranty penetration, GAP, backend gross, CIT days, etc.). • Stay current on all compliance requirements, lender programs, and product updates. Qualifications: • Prior F&I Manager experience in an automotive dealership required. • Strong knowledge of lending practices, credit bureaus, and compliance standards. • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding finance product penetration goals. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deals daily. • Proficient in CRM, DMS, and lender portal systems.
