$200,000.00/yr - $225,000.00/yr Chief Financial Officer (CFO) – Construction Industry
Location:
Watertown, CT (onsite, with flexibility as needed)
Compensation:
$225K + bonus

Key Responsibilities of the CFO
Lead the financial strategy and operations of a $10M+ construction company As CFO, oversee financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting with a strong focus on WIP reporting and construction industry standards. Provide hands-on CFO leadership to a small accounting/finance team, mentoring and developing staff. Partner with the CEO/Owner as the CFO voice in strategic planning and decision-making. Drive financial discipline while maintaining the company’s approachable, collaborative culture.
Preferred Qualifications For The CFO
7+ years of construction industry experience with deep knowledge of WIP reporting. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or CPA preferred Proven success as a hands-on CFO Ability to step into the CFO role immediately
