About The Role: Handle a portfolio of complex commercial P&C accounts with autonomy and responsibility Collaborate with brokers and internal stakeholders to achieve optimal underwriting outcomes Shape underwriting strategy while upholding corporate guidelines and risk appetite Provide expert advice, support, and mentorship to colleagues, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture Actively contribute to business planning and strategic initiatives aligned with company growth objectives Engage with clients and brokers to strengthen relationships and uncover new opportunities Skills & Experience: Minimum
5 years’ commercial P&C
underwriting
experience Strong technical underwriting and risk analysis capability Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strategic mindset with the ambition to progress into leadership CPCU designation (or progress toward) highly regarded Competitive 6-figure base salary
($100K–$130K DOE) + performance bonus Premium
