Vice President, Information Technology This is a hybrid position based in Culver City, CA. Candidates must be based in Southern California and available to be on-site and travel as needed. The pay range for this role is $196,995-$226,545 annually. About Didi Hirsch Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services has been a national leader in whole-person mental health, crisis care, and substance use services since 1942. It is home to the nation's first Suicide Prevention Center. We are a nonprofit organization providing care to about 270,000 people annually across our programs. The Vice President, Information Technology, will lead the agency's technological strategy and operations. Responsibilities include overseeing IT systems, asset and vendor management, help desk, network, and security. The VP reports to the CFO and collaborates with the executive leadership team and stakeholders. Primary Duties Develop and oversee organizational technology strategies and implementations. Research and recommend cloud-based SaaS, AI/machine learning, healthcare platforms, and other innovative technologies to improve efficiency and care quality. Ensure data security and integrity, protecting against internal and external threats. Ensure compliance with privacy, cybersecurity, and security regulations such as HIPAA, COPPA, CCPA, PCI DSS, and GDPR. Lead and develop an IT team of 10-20 staff, providing leadership and guidance. Assess existing IT infrastructure for scalability and organizational growth; recommend training and resources. Work with the CFO and CEO on IT budget, governance, and contractual agreements. Collaborate with departmental leaders on IT projects and strategic initiatives. Engage with the board and senior leadership, including presenting at meetings as needed. Position Requirements Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred. Healthcare experience is strongly preferred; candidates from other industries will be considered. At least 10+ years of progressive experience in technology, operations, and organizational change. Proven ability to develop data-driven strategies and manage risk. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Valid California driver's license and willingness to travel as needed. Required knowledge includes database systems, help desk operations, reporting systems, project management, cybersecurity, and antivirus systems. Preferred knowledge includes Microsoft Office, LAN/WAN, SQL, Cisco networking, security protocols, remote access, MS Project, and VoIP systems.
