What Youll Do From day one, youll own core features end to end, shaping product direction and working directly with customers to bring ideas to life. Youll be a critical, early-stage team member turning vision into tools that real people rely on in the field every day. This is a great role for someone whod rather stand in a service bay watching the product you built in action, than sit behind a screen waiting for distilled, secondhand feedback. Responsibilities Build and ship user-facing features that solve real-world problems Collaborate across engineering, design, and product to craft intuitive workflows Rapidly iterate based on user feedback with a high bar for quality and UX Contribute to architecture and technical direction as we scale Make thoughtful trade-offs between speed, polish, and scope What Makes You a Great Fit 5+ years of experience across the stack (React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python) Strong generalist with front-end instincts Youve built polished, user-facing products that people love You move fast but know when to slow down and get things right You value collaboration, curiosity, and continuous improvement Bonus Points Experience building in early-stage startups Familiarity with tools for field-based users (e.g. mobile-first, offline-friendly) Passion for or experience in the built world: trucking, logistics, construction, warehousing, field service, automotive What We Offer A product with real pull from customers, and a high-agency, close-knit team Competitive compensation + early-stage equity Benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance + 401k A generous home-office and equipment budget LA office in the Arts District and frequent team meetups Seniority level
