None What You Will Do:
As an Associate Director at Guidehouse's Commercial Financial Services practice, you will be responsible for client management, solution implementation, and generating project results. You will own project workstreams, interact daily with clients to ensure engagement success, and support operational meetings with sponsors and leaders. You will also prepare reports and presentations, lead and mentor consultants, and ensure quality deliverables. We support career development and long-term hiring. As an Associate Director, you will follow a clear career path, deepen industry knowledge, and enhance consulting skills. You will develop project management, leadership, and multi-workstream management abilities, with opportunities to advance to Director. What You Will Need:
7+ years in banking or financial services consulting Experience in operational risk, compliance, banking regulations, or risk assessments Bachelor’s degree Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment with changing priorities Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills Ability to travel up to 100% as needed Proficiency in Microsoft Office Creative problem-solving and collaborative mindset Attention to quality and detail Experience managing compliance and risk assessments for G-SIBs Proven client relationship skills and team leadership experience Ability to produce quality work promptly Motivated, energetic, and positive attitude Leadership experience, formal or informal Willing to work onsite in New York City at least three days per week What Would Be Nice To Have:
Management consulting experience Certifications like CPA, Lean Six Sigma, PMP MBA or related advanced degree Experience with business development activities Compensation:
The annual salary range is $149,000 - $248,000, based on skills, experience, and organizational needs. What We Offer:
