Our General Managers oversee the construction of new homes and ensure high-quality service to our clients by: Communicating with the corporate office to meet goals Ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations Recruiting, hiring, training, and developing employees, agents, vendors, and subcontractors Maintaining professional affiliations and industry knowledge Building relationships with land developers, landowners, and industry peers Managing construction pipelines and assets collaboratively Maintaining a positive community reputation and engaging with local authorities Developing and maintaining effective relationships with management, staff, vendors, and inspectors Join Adams Homes, an BBB-accredited company with over 50,000 homes built since 1991, over 400 team members, and 28 offices.
