Impact

Starts Here We’re looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to design, launch, and optimize campaigns across multi-channel surfaces. You’ll own the strategy and execution of full-funnel customer journeys, driving engagement, activation, conversion, and lifetime customer value. At Homebase, lifecycle isn’t just about sending messages. It’s about shaping how tens of thousands of small businesses and their employees experience our product. You’ll be hands-on in building and optimizing campaigns while consistently sharing learnings and representing lifecycle marketing to help influence decisions across the company. Campaign Execution:

Build and launch lifecycle campaigns across email, push, SMS, and in-app messages.

Audience Strategy:

Develop segmentation and personalization strategies rooted in customer journey mapping and intentional design of customer experiences.

Experimentation:

Run always-on growth experiments to drive activation, conversion, and lifetime customer value.

Insights & Measurement:

Track performance against KPIs, extract insights, and share learnings broadly.

Operational Rigor:

Document processes, streamline workflows, and enable cross-team alignment.

Team Influence:

Contribute lifecycle insights in cross-team discussions and help shape how Homebase engages its customers.

AI & Automation:

Use emerging tools to accelerate workflows and personalize at scale.

The Foundation for Success -

These are the experiences and strengths that will set you up for success in this role: 3+ years of hands-on experience in lifecycle marketing, executing campaigns across multi-channel surfaces

Experience with cross-channel marketing automation platforms (Iterable or equivalent), collaboration/project management tools (e.g., Jira), and analytics platforms (e.g., Looker, Amplitude)

Nice to have: familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), email service providers (e.g., SendGrid), in-app messaging tools (e.g., CommandAI), and AI-powered productivity/personalization tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude)

Ability to interpret data, design structured experiments, and clearly communicate insights to stakeholders

Strong project management and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas and adapt messaging for different audiences

Ability to collaborate in the office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
