DESCRIPTION
As our Senior Manager of Retail Media Ad Operations, you’ll be the driving force behind our retail media strategy, campaign execution, and team development. You’ll lead a talented group of specialists and managers, guiding them to become experts in sponsored search and programmatic advertising across top platforms like Amazon, Walmart, Target, and Instacart.
This is a high-impact role where you’ll collaborate across departments, manage top-tier client relationships, and shape the future of our retail media offerings.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead & Inspire
Coach and mentor a team of specialists and managers
Foster a culture of open communication, feedback, and growth
Drive team goals and support long-term development
Strategize & Execute Develop retail media strategies aligned with business objectives
Lead campaign planning across CTV, OLV, Display, and Paid Social
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners
Optimize & Analyze Oversee sponsored search and programmatic campaigns
Leverage data insights to optimize performance
Conduct A/B testing and post-campaign analysis
Identify upselling opportunities and process improvements
Stay Ahead of the Curve Be the go-to expert on retail media platforms and ad tech
Maintain certifications and monitor industry trends
Manage strategic partnerships with DSPs and retail media networks
QUALIFICATIONS 8+ years in retail media ad operations (Amazon, Walmart, Target, Instacart)
5+ years leading teams with a player/coach mindset
Deep understanding of SEM, programmatic buying, and audience segmentation
Expertise in ad tech tools like Skai, AMC, Pacvue, and Helium10
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
Advanced Excel proficiency and comfort with client presentations
Experience with DSPs like DV360, The Trade Desk, or Amazon DSP
Familiarity with retail and DTC verticals
