Position Description:
The multimedia specialist designs content for media platforms in a manner that is clear, engaging, and meaningful to news consumers. The position promotes a favorable and consistent image of the department and the university for internal and external audiences.

Major/Essential Functions:
Manages university and clinic social media by developing/suggesting weekly content for posts
Under the supervision of the Assistant Vice President creates editorial and visual content for Texas Tech Health El Paso, TTP El Paso and Texas Tech Dental Oral Health Clinic social media channels
Assist in developing, writing, and scheduling engaging social media content for multiple platforms
Support photography and videography needs for events, student life, clinical practices and faculty highlights
Keeps track of events, news and happenings across campus
Assists with generating analytics reports every month for all accounts
Remains current with all licensure, certifications and mandatory compliances and trainings required of this position.
Adhere to all TTUHSCEP policies, procedures and processes (Regents Rules, TTUS, HSECEP OPs, etc.)
Personally demonstrate, display, and act in accordance with TTUHSCEP’s values (Service, Respect, Accountability, Integrity, Advancement, and Teamwork). Actively promote and encourage staff across the institution
