Oversee healthcare construction projects from start to finish, including ground-up, expansions, additions, and renovations. Develop project plans and timelines, ensuring effective coordination and on-time, within-budget completion. Lead project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance. Act as primary client contact, maintaining strong relationships. Manage project risks and implement proactive solutions. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards. Provide regular updates to senior management. Seek opportunities to improve processes and outcomes. Qualifications
Minimum 5 years' project management experience in healthcare construction. Proven success managing ground-up, expansion, and renovation projects. Strong healthcare industry knowledge. Exceptional project management and leadership skills. Excellent client management and communication skills. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
