FHN Financial Operations Team in our Memphis, TN office is seeking an individual to provide comprehensive support across trade processing, derivative margin, and security master set-up and maintenance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Trade Processing Exception Report Monitoring:
Monitor and address exceptions in trade processing reports, both independently and in collaboration with team members.
Daily Trade Input Reconciliation:
Perform reconciliation and documentation on daily trade inputs and exceptions, sometimes working alongside other team members.
Exception Resolution:
Resolve trade input exceptions promptly, either individually or with the support of the team.
Security Master Set-Up and Maintenance:
Set up and maintain security master data, coordinating with team members as needed.
Trade Communication and Documentation:
Provide communication and documentation for pending trades, ensuring all relevant parties are informed.
Proactive Communication:
Communicate proactively with the manager and Lead Analyst, as well as with other team members.
Reconciliation and Interest Area Support:
Provide back-up and support to reconciliation and interest areas, working both independently and as part of a team
Education and Work Experience Requirements:
Technical Proficiency:
Competency with Microsoft Office (Word, Access, Excel) and the ability to learn basic back-office systems.
Independent and Collaborative Work:
Ability to work independently and collaborate with others to resolve issues and reconciliation items.
Ownership and Accountability:
Exhibit a high level of ownership and accountability to meet deadlines.
Commitment to Quality:
Demonstrate utmost commitment to quality.
Follow-Up and Communication Skills:
Strong follow-up and communication skills.
Service Orientation:

Educational Background:
