We are looking to hire a
Senior Manager, Corporate Events
immediately at our Global Headquarters in Hunt Valley, Maryland. What We Bring To The Table: The best people deserve the best rewards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead the event briefing process to meet business needs, timelines, and deliverables. Manage the strategic planning, execution, and oversight of in-person and virtual corporate events, including shareholder meetings, DEI Town Halls, Charity Day, BOD meetings, and company celebrations. Manage and develop direct reports, contractors, key vendors, and agency relationships. Negotiate contracts for facilities, travel, entertainment, security, catering, audiovisual, and other event needs to ensure timely, within-budget results. Monitor event metrics and recommend improvements. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or Public Relations 10+ years of experience planning small and large corporate events Proven ability to work with multiple stakeholders including vendors, suppliers, and leadership Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills Exceptional interpersonal skills, ability to work with teams and clients, independent decision-making, and ability to work under pressure Ability to lead and influence without direct authority Ability to work across functions in a highly matrixed environment Quick understanding of McCormick’s culture and operational efficiency Meet deadlines for stakeholders and proactively address challenges Perform well under pressure during big events and complex issues McCormick & Company is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
