ClearChoice Management Services, LLC (CCMS) provides administrative practice management services to the ClearChoice network.Reporting to the Manager of FP&A & Reporting, this position will partner closely with finance and business leadership to uncover areas of opportunity and make recommendations that drive the business forward. The role is highly visible by working closely with our Director of FP&A & Reporting as well as multiple VP-level business partners across the organization.**Responsibilities*** Leading highly visible daily, weekly, and monthly revenue reporting to ensure alignment across the organization on recent performance. Includes developing actionable insights from the reporting with opportunities to present directly to leadership on impactful decisions.* Partnering across key business functions (e.g., marketing, sales & operations, IT, real estate, accounting) to provide sound financial analysis and insight to inform business decisions* Owning monthly income statement and cash flow reporting with comparisons to budget, forecast, and prior periods to highlight variances and key drivers of performance. Includes identifying and communicating opportunities to improve business performance to FP&A leadership.* Preparing quarterly board materials (e.g., financial statement analysis, tracking operational KPIs, measuring strategic initiatives) and supporting analyses for the FP&A leadership team* Executing ad hoc modeling and analysis based on business priorities and strategic initiatives* Establishing a full understanding of key performance metrics and how they are best interpreted to influence decision-making**Minimum Education and Experience*** BS in Accounting, Finance or similar degree with equivalent work experience in Financial Analysis* 2-3 years of experience in finance required* Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel and proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint* Experience working with large datasets and translating to actionable insights* Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to be a team player**Preferred Qualifications*** Tableau and/or PowerBI experience* SQL foundational knowledge* Experience with WorkDay GL software* Desire to learn with a continuous improvement mindsetAnnual Salary Range: $91-110k, with a generous benefits package that includes paid time off, health, dental, vision, and 401(k) savings plan with matchIf you are an applicant residing in California, please view our privacy policy here:For over 15 years, ClearChoice Dental Implant Centers have provided innovative and quality dental implant care to patients across the United States.
