What you will do: Lead and manage Talent Acquisition team, driving performance and delivery while being an agent of change management. Manage talent acquisition KPI's to ensure that the team's performance is running efficiently and improving over time and create a strategic hiring planning for organizations short and long term hiring needs. Identifying AI-driven technologies and solutions to automate routine processes, thereby enhancing operational efficiency and allowing the team to focus on strategic initiatives. Actively manage a full portfolio of global/national large scale talent initiatives and teams across the business areas you support. Responsible for establishing and maintaining reports to track key talent acquisition metrics (time to fill, open roles, candidate pipelines, etc.) necessary to identify gaps and overall effectiveness of talent acquisition strategy. Provides recommendations on alternative approaches to hiring managers and business leaders, as needed. Design and execute comprehensive global/national talent acquisition strategies, including identifying key talents needs, market analysis and sourcing strategies across different channels. Leverage analytics and strategic capabilities to identify and prioritize opportunities and gaps to continuously improve KPI metrics. Manage and influence Senior Executives and Department leaders on strategy alignment tied to their talent needs. Contribute to initiatives to enhance employer brand and promotion of openings for brand awareness and talent attraction. Research and recommend new tools to help increase our talent pool and talent acquisition process as we continue to scale and train on advanced sourcing tools and strategies for hard to fill positions. Start up new programs and sourcing channels to support ACV's growth and leverage data & analytics to identify gaps and successes in the talent acquisition process. Provide expert guidance and partnership with the People Team to solve complex problems while working with internal stakeholders to build consensus and continued progress. Build and maintain proactive partnerships with management and people team to understand their business, anticipate staffing needs and continuously identify value add solutions to support the company's goals. Manage talent sourcing activities to attract high caliber candidates: manage job description templates, external & internal postings, talent sourcing, interview panels, feedback calibration meetings and oversee preparation and delivery of job offers. Participate in talent acquisition task force initiatives and support on-campus hiring for brand awareness and talent pipeline. Assist with candidate tracking in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to pull accurate data to create and manage reporting on talent acquisition pipeline, activities and metrics. Partner closely with People Ops Business Partners and business leaders on internal mobility processes to facilitate internal transfers, promotions, and relocations responding to business needs in a timely and effective manner. Assist in special projects and initiatives of Company-wide talent acquisition programs, continually striving to enhance and optimize the overall delivery of top talent and service. Conduct regular touch base meetings with stakeholders and hiring managers to provide frequent hiring status updates. Flexibility to cover gaps in the team during periods of high volume or team member absence. Perform additional duties as assigned. What you will need: Ability to read, write, speak and understand English. 8+ years of full lifecycle senior talent acquisition expertise. 3+ years managing a Talent Acquisition team and a demonstrated ability to develop and execute an effective talent acquisition strategy and plan. Proven track record of forming diverse teams and supporting them through talent acquisition and talent development. Track record of partnering with senior leaders as a critical thinker, providing perspectives and sound judgment while maintaining the highest levels of integrity and gaining trust from the organization. Strong relationship management and influencing skills and effectively engage and manage stakeholders as it relates to talent acquisition. Results driven- demonstrates ownership and accountability and delivers on commitments with a sense of urgency and attention to detail. Influencer of the decision-making process with hiring managers ensuring proper consideration of qualifications and organizational goals maintaining integrity of recruitment process. Excellent technical skills; in-depth knowledge of applicant tracking technology and general Microsoft applications; familiarity with best practices in social networking; ability to leverage technology to attract candidates and drive effective and efficient operations. Strong customer service delivery with ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and deliver end-to-end solutions and create and deliver reporting on metrics and hiring plan. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively both written and verbal with all levels of the organization. Compensation : $136,000 - $170,000.00 annually. Please note that final compensation will be determined based upon the applicant's relevant experience, skillset, location, business needs, market demands, and other factors as permitted by law.
