Job Description
Our client is transitioning HR functionality from PeopleSoft to Workday. The project includes over 100 integration partners and 300 integrations. The internal team is still gaining familiarity with Workday, and this role will help bridge gaps in understanding and execution. The analyst will also explore opportunities to transition additional functionality into Workday, including crew systems and employee-level data.

Skills and Requirements
Requirements
• 5-7+ years of experience as a BA – must have worked on data integration projects with Workday
• Hands-on experience with Workday, especially Core HCM, Recruiting, and Employee Data modules
• Strong understanding of employee systems and how they connect to enterprise HR platforms
• Experience with data conversion and integration in HRIS environments
• Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and business stakeholders
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Analyze and document business requirements for transitioning functionality from PeopleSoft to Workday
• Evaluate systems and employee-level data processes to determine migration strategy
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define how Workday will become the system of record
• Support technical teams in data conversion and integration efforts
Map and validate employee data flows across systems • Familiarity with PeopleSoft HR functionality and data structures
• Experience identifying opportunities to expand Workday functionality across business units
• Background in crew systems or aviation-related HR data null
