Roving Marketing Agent
to join our Sales & Marketing Team! Schedule:
Full-time, 5 days per week, with availability to work on weekends and between 7am and 9pm. We make vacation dreams come true for travelers around the world in a supportive, friendly, and beautiful work environment. As a
Roving Marketing Agent/In-House Marketing Coordinator , you will assist in providing our Owners/guests with experiences and events to create memorable vacation moments where meaningful moments are made together. Provide high-quality service to exceed sales and volume goals. Ensure all Owners and guests attending sales presentations meet eligibility requirements and are receptive to learning about products and services. Use persuasive techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty. Guest Experience and Company Standards: Welcome and greet guests; anticipate and address their needs. Interact professionally and promptly with colleagues and guests. Contribute to team goals. Follow all company policies and safety procedures. Qualifications: Motivated individuals with sales or customer service experience who enjoy interacting with guests in person or by phone. Availability to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends. Concierge and/or sales experience preferred. Position may require background and drug screening per local regulations.
