Seeking a Cyber Operations Engineer to lead vulnerability management and continuous monitoring across cloud environments, using tools like ACAS, AWS Inspector, and DISA STIGs to ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity and RMF standards. Clearance: TS/SCI w/ Polygraph(must be active in DISS). 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity operations Expertise with ACAS (Tenable.sc/Nessus), AWS Inspector, and DISA STIGs Strong knowledge of NIST SP 800-53 and RMF processes Hands-on experience with eMASS, STIG Viewer, SCAP tools Strong technical writing and communication skills Key Responsibilities Lead vulnerability scanning, analysis, and reporting across enterprise environments Apply DISA STIGs to establish secure baselines and manage POA&Ms Collaborate with system owners, ISSOs, and application teams to remediate findings Automate scanning and reporting pipelines to enhance efficiency Develop vulnerability dashboards, compliance reports, and audit documentation Support continuous monitoring under RMF and manage findings in eMASS Mentor junior analysts and contribute to SOPs and policy improvements Vulnerability management across traditional and cloud infrastructures Compliance and governance tools (eMASS, STIG Viewer, SCAP) Technical reporting and documentation Collaboration with cross-functional teams Additional Information Preferred: AWS Security Certification or equivalent cloud credential Preferred: Scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, or Bash Preferred: Experience with STIG Manager, Splunk ES, or similar tools About us: Technical Intelligence Solutions (TIS) is dedicated to delivering top-notch solutions to our customers by building a team of highly qualified professionals who thrive in a collaborative, idea-driven, innovative environment.
