The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the specialty and will be committed to providing high-quality patient care during the postoperative recovery process. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and assess postoperative patients in the PACU.- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physician orders.- Collaborate with surgical teams and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.- Provide education and support to patients and families pre- and post-surgery.- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care. Qualifications: - Minimum 2 years of experience in PACU or relevant specialty.- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certifications required.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond calmly in emergencies. Holiday Requirements: Candidates must be available to work 2 major holidays (Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve) during the contract period.
