We're currently looking for a passionate and reliable Line Cook to join our culinary team.
Job Summary
As a Line Cook, you'll be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to our restaurant's standards. You'll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and safety are essential.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
  • Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
  • Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and cooking stations
  • Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards
  • Assist with the receiving and storage of deliveries
  • Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
  • Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and front-of-house staff
  • Work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed
Qualifications
  • Proven cooking experience, preferably in a hotel, resort, or high-volume kitchen
  • Familiarity with professional kitchen equipment and food safety practices
  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions precisely
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
  • Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
