We are currently in search of a Electical Engineer(s) to join our Tennessee Operations near Davenport, Iowa
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited college/university
- Minimum of 1 years' experience in an electrical engineering field
- Minimum of 6 months of experience with working knowledge of manufacturing processes and principles
- Experience with ladder logic and programming/troubleshooting Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC's), Rockwell and Allen Bradley PLC experience is preferred.
- Experience specifying, installing and troubleshooting DC and AC motor drives systems.
- Experience with networking equipment, installation, troubleshooting and commissioning. (Ideally as it pertains to Automation Communication).
- Experience with power distribution systems.
- Manufacturing experience in the metals or similar industry, with aluminum rolling or processing preferred.
- Experience with rolling mills and mill controls, shears, strip processing and coiling, metal process furnaces or casting equipment
- Technical knowledge to support the installation, operation, and repair of electrical controls and automation technology.
