Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $18 - $20 / hour*
What you'll be doing as an Office / Customer Service Representative:
Greet visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
Answer incoming phone calls, direct inquiries, and take accurate messages
Provide basic information to customers and assist with general questions
Perform data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks to support office operations
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk/work area
Assist with scheduling appointments, handling paperwork, and updating
Available Shifts:
Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)
Job Requirements:
Previous office, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
Proficiency with computers, email, and basic office software
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Professional phone etiquette and positive customer service attitude
