As a

Director of Mortgage-Backed Securities Policy and Program , you will: Develop policy for a program that involves organizations in the Mortgage-Backed Securities (MBS) industry; Coordinate with other organizations, both Federal and Non-Federal, concerning the ongoing development of Mortgage-Backed Securities (MBS) policy; Lead staff members who are responsible for developing and improving policy change activities, including organizational work groups. Requirements

You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement: Specialized Experience:

For the

GS-15

grade level, you must have one year (52 full weeks) of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the

GS-14

grade level in the Federal service. Specialized Experience for this position includes: Developing policy for a program that involves organizations in the Mortgage-Backed Securities (MBS) industry; Coordinating with other organizations, both Federal and Non-Federal, concerning the ongoing development of Mortgage-Backed Securities (MBS) policy; Leading staff members who are responsible for developing and improving policy change activities, including organizational work groups. Experience may have been gained in either the public, private sector or

volunteer service . One year of experience refers to full-time work; part-time work is considered on a prorated basis.
