Shoe Palace is looking for a Retail Sales Lead to help us provide the best possible experience for our customers. We need someone who will drive sales to maximize profits and lead our teams. Sales, motivating and connecting with customers to provide the best service Provide sales staff with constructive feedback and help solve customer problems Create positive customer relations and set the example Maintain a clean, neat, and organized store Keep personal and productivity goals in mind throughout the day Ensure the store has a cool vibe and inclusive work environment Motivate the sales staff and create a healthy competition among the team Engage actively with customers and have fun! About You
18+ years old Must have open availability during weekends Excellent sales skills and natural leadership with strong customer service abilities Fun, outgoing, confident, and engaging personality Passionate about the latest trends in fashion and shoes Driven and eager to succeed Natural ability to engage with people Preferred Qualifications
Experience in selling athletic shoes is a plus What We Offer
