About the Position

Responsible for the ongoing maintenance and future planning needs of the company's Windows desktop environment Design and maintain desktop re-imaging and software deployment system Deploy and support new and existing Windows Desktops Ensure that all Windows desktops are kept updated with the latest patches and security updates Install and troubleshoot software. Provide support and maintenance on all Microsoft Office suite applications and various other desktop applications Respond to alerts and perform basic remediation steps Administer and troubleshoot hardware issues on desktops Global desktop support for all our global offices - remote support for project or desktop initiatives Create and manage user accounts, security groups, and distribution lists Required Skills

Bachelor's degree in a related field Minimum of 1+ years of relevant experience (a plus if candidates come from a trading/financial background) Advanced Microsoft Suite and Windows operating system experience is preferred Experience supporting remote users and troubleshooting remote VPN Basic Network troubleshooting (DNS, TCP/IP, etc.), phone support, and Video Conferencing After-hours and weekend support (including travel) will be required for desktop or system upgrades or emergencies Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask Genuine curiosity and desire to work in a Windows and Linux environment Superior organizational and communication skills Benefits and Perks

Base Salary Range

$75,000 - $90,000 - Salaries are based on numerous factors such as skills, experience, and education. Our compensation package also includes a discretionary bonus and a comprehensive benefits program for full-time employees. For more information, reach out to your recruiter.
