About the Role
We are seeking a
Business Systems Analyst JDE (EnterpriseOne)
to serve as a trusted partner across our manufacturing, engineering, PDM, supply chain, cost accounting, and sales teams. This role combines business analysis, systems expertise, and project leadership. You will act as a liaison between functional users and the technical team translating business requirements into sound, scalable JDE solutions.
This is a
hands-on lead analyst role
(no direct reports) within a collaborative team, where you'll also have opportunities to mentor junior analysts and influence process improvements across multiple plants.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the
subject matter expert
in JD Edwards EnterpriseOne (9.2 preferred, 8.12 acceptable) across multiple functional areas.
Partner with business stakeholders to
gather, analyze, and document requirements , ensuring alignment with JDE capabilities.
Develop and deliver
functional and technical specifications , leveraging tools like OMW, version control, processing options, and security configuration.
Lead
cross-functional projects
including requirements definition, solution design, and test plan creation.
Drive
manufacturing process support : work orders, bills of materials (BOM), product data management (PDM), cost accounting, and MRP.
Manage
testing activities , including test scenario design, script development, and user acceptance testing.
Provide
production support
and create artifacts such as data models, process maps, and user training documentation.
Support
ERP integrations
with edge systems (MES, CPQ, DSI, Jagger, Reliance QMS, SolidWorks, etc.).
Promote
best practices
to standardize processes in a highly customized ERP environment.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
5+ years of experience
as a Business/System Analyst or similar role.
Manufacturing Industry experience.
Hands-on experience with
JD Edwards EnterpriseOne
(8.12 or higher).
Strong knowledge of
manufacturing processes , including work orders, BOMs, MRP, PDM, and cost accounting.
Experience translating business needs into
functional/technical specifications .
Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and web-based tools.
Ability to travel up to
20% .
Preferred Qualifications
7+ years
of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
JDE
9.2 upgrade/migration
experience.
Experience with
configurator (CPQ)
and change management (CN) processes.
Background in
multi-site, heavy/complex manufacturing
with make-to-order or configure-to-order models.
Certifications such as
IIBA, ITIL, CBAP, CCAB .
Familiarity with ITSM processes and ERP integrations with edge systems.

Compensation:
Target salary ~$132k + 10% bonus (historically paid 17-20%) Relocation:
