Responsibilities:
Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications, focusing on Telecom modules (OMT, TSOM, TSM, TNI, CMDB, SOMT, Integration Hub, Flow Designer). Build innovative solutions that enhance user experience and improve operational efficiency. Conduct testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure functionality, performance, and seamless data flow. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, promoting a collaborative learning culture. Customize and configure ServiceNow forms, fields, tables, workflows, notifications, and access controls. Develop workflows, client scripts, UI policies, and business rules. Create and maintain custom applications on the ServiceNow platform. Integrate ServiceNow with enterprise systems via APIs, web services, and integration tools. Perform system upgrades, patches, and ongoing platform maintenance. Ensure optimal system performance and proactively address issues. Maintain detailed technical documentation, including workflows, processes, and configurations. Requirements:
7+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow-based projects. Mandatory Telecom-specific module expertise in OMT, TSOM, TSM, TNI, CMDB, SOMT, Integration Hub, and Flow Designer. Note: Generic ServiceNow experience will not be considered. Certifications (Preferred):
CSA
(Certified System Administrator) CAD
(Certified Application Developer) CIS
(Certified Implementation Specialist)
