Job Summary: Illuminate USA is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our marketing team. This role is perfect for someone who loves variety and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll handle everything from OSU ticket distributions and merchandise inventory to coordinating tours, planning celebrations, managing calendars, and general administrative tasks that keep our team running smoothly. If you're a multitasking superstar with a positive attitude, we'd love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Distribute and track OSU tickets, ensuring timely delivery and responding to any inquiries. Manage inventory, place orders, and oversee the delivery of Illuminate USA-branded merchandise. Plan and coordinate tour visits, including schedules, accommodations, and materials for a seamless experience. Maintain the master event calendar, track deadlines, and assist with planning meetings, conferences, and events. Organize and support celebrations for milestones, birthdays, anniversaries, and team achievements. Handle general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, managing correspondence, and maintaining files. Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency across the team. Qualifications: Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to shifting demands with a positive, can-do attitude.
