to join us in our McAllen, TX office. We provide essential support to a wide variety of clients, including medical offices, law firms, and apartment complexes, and we need your help to ensure every caller receives a professional and pleasant experience.
No prior experience is required-we believe in setting our employees up for success. We provide comprehensive, paid training in a positive, team-focused environment. You'll have all the tools and guidance you need to confidently handle your responsibilities and grow your skills. What Your Day Will Look Like:
As a Bilingual Customer Experience Agent, you are the first point of contact for our clients' customers. Your main responsibilities will include: Professionally managing incoming calls
from diverse callers with a warm, welcoming, and upbeat tone. Accurately collecting and relaying essential information
to clients, ensuring every detail is captured correctly. Carefully verifying and entering information
into our system with precision and attention to detail. Providing exceptional support
and a positive experience on every call. Who We're Looking For:
We are seeking individuals who are fluent in both
Spanish and English
and have a talent for communication. The ideal candidate will have:
A welcoming and professional voice with a consistently positive and upbeat tone. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, including excellent spelling and grammar. Reliability and a commitment to maintaining excellent attendance. Proficiency with basic computer skills in a Windows environment. A typing speed of at least
35 WPM . The ability to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) per week as part of your regular schedule. Compensation & Schedule:
We offer a competitive compensation structure that rewards your commitment.
$18.50 per hour
with perfect attendance. $16.00 per hour
without perfect attendance.
Perfect attendance
means you are on time for the start of your shift, return from all breaks on time, and fully complete your assigned shift.
This is a
part-time, in-office position
with various shifts available. You must be available to work either a Saturday or Sunday each week. Your training will be for one week, and on your second week, you will move to your permanent assigned schedule.
