Role: Sr. TeamCliententer Solution Architect Work location : Remote Contract

Job Description: Sr. TeamCliententer Solution Architect plays a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Siemens TeamCliententer PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) solutions within an organization.

Key Responsibilities: Solution Design & Architecture Design and architect PLM solutions using TeaCliententer modules based on business requirements 1. Develop architecture blueprints and documentation to guide implementation 2. System Integration Integrate TeamCliententer with enterprise systems like ERP, CAD (e.g., NX, SolidWorks), and other applications1. Ensure seamless data exchange and interoperability. Customization & Configuration Customize TeaCliententer using BMIDE, ITK, and other tools to meet specific workflows 1. Implement extensions, workflows, and user interface configurations.

Technical Leadership Lead development teams, enforce best practices, and ensure high-quality deliverables1. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and developers 2. Stakeholder Collaboration Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and clients to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions2. Documentation & Training Create comprehensive technical documentation and user manuals 1. Train end-users and administrators on TeaCliententer usage and administration.

Performance Optimization Monitor system performance and implement optimization strategies 1. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during and after implementation.

What are the Mandatory skills and skill proficiencies required for this position? Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 1. 10-12 years of experience in PLM systems, with a strong focus on TeaCliententer 1. Experience in software development, systems engineering, or IT consulting

What are the Optional skills and skill proficiencies for this position? Deep knowledge of TeaCliententer modules: BOM Management, Change Management, Workflow, Requirements Management 1. Strong experience with CAD integrations (e.g., Siemens NX, SolidWorks, AutoCAD). Proficiency in TeaCliententer customization tools: BMIDE, ITK. Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and service-oriented architecture (SOA) 2. Excellent communication and leadership skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders 2. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
