Work on Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll module including:
Payroll extracts (BI Publisher / HCM Extracts).
Fast Formulas development, debugging, and optimization.
BI and OTBI reporting.
Build and enhance integrations between HCM and external systems.
Support payroll-related processes, troubleshooting, and month-end activities.
Work with functional teams to gather requirements, translate into technical designs, and implement solutions.
Develop and maintain ADF-based applications for custom HCM extensions.
Contribute to VBCS application development for UI-driven extensions and REST-based integrations.
Provide technical documentation, solution designs, and knowledge transfer to internal teams
Strong PL/SQL development skills (procedures, functions, performance tuning, debugging).
Roles & Responsibilities:
Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll (extracts, fast formulas, BI Publisher, OTBI). Experience in ADF (Application Development Framework) for rest services. Exposure to Oracle VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service) for application development and integration. Good understanding of HCM technical architecture and payroll processes. Strong problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll/technical issues. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Experience with REST/SOAP web services and HCM integrations. Knowledge of Fusion HCM data models and security. Familiarity with OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud) would be an added advantage. Strong communication skills to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.

Salary Range-$100,000-$120,000 a year
