to directly deal with customers, schedule dispatchers, and perform day-to-day office duties in the

Houston, TX

DAY-TO-DAY

This full-time position typically works

Monday through Friday with the opportunity to work virtually .

As a Customer Service Representative, you eagerly answer customer phone calls. Your friendly voice makes a welcoming first impression when our clients reach out for chimney services. Because you invest time in having a thorough understanding of our services, you confidently answer client questions and schedule our technicians accordingly. When dispatching our technicians, you accurately relay any needed information. Always happy to help, you also assist with a variety of administrative tasks. You enjoy being a part of our exceptional CSR team where you consistently deliver amazing customer service!
