1st Shift | 8 AM - 5 PM | $19 - $22 per hour
Requirements High school diploma or equivalent 3 years of experience Familiarity with MTR and OMC documentation and terminology Basic knowledge and understanding of ASTM and ASME specifications Data Entry Specialist Responsibilities
Transfer data accurately from paper formats into computer files or a database system. Verify incoming material data by comparing it to source documents and flag inaccuracies. Retrieve and relay information from the database or electronic files as requested. Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost and complies with company retention policies. A high concentration level is necessary. Must stay focused on tasks while working with limited distractions. Must be able to communicate with multiple departments and provide timely responses.
