Warehouse Specialist
The Warehouse Specialist oversees RSHA inventory operations, ensuring all goods are accurately received, stored, and documented. This role supports audit readiness, inventory rotation, and compliance with DeCA procedures for commissary stock management. Qualifications
High school diploma required; Associate's degree preferred. 3+ years warehouse experience in inventory control or logistics. Experience in food service or retail supply chain is preferred. Proficient in handling RSHA paperwork and DeCA forms (e.g., DeCA Form 30-111). Knowledge of OSHA and FDA storage regulations. Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain inventory records for RSHA operations and delivery logs. Inspect incoming shipments for compliance with contract terms. Coordinate with Forklift Operators and Material Handlers on inventory placement. Document and segregate damaged or expired goods. Lead semi-annual physical inventories and assist with reconciliation. Manage supplies and materials required for RSHA cleanliness and compliance. Serve as point of contact for vendor shipment coordination.
