FutureCare Renalis Patient Transporter
At FutureCare Renalis, our Patient Transporters ensure our patients are transported to/from the dialysis center and perform basic health care services. Transport patients and clients in a safe and professional manner Assist patients and clients as needed to ensure safe transfer Effectively communicate with Charge Nurse regarding scheduled progress and the ability to receive and perform additional duties/instructions Ensure Dialysis recliners are properly disinfected between clients and returned to Dialysis Suite at end of shift Comforts patients and their family members by offering support and encouragement Stock supplies daily and help with inventory Assist with lab labeling Complete "MOLST" communication book forms in a timely manner Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following all standards and procedures Qualifications
