Responsibilities

We seek self-motivated, safe, positive, goal-oriented individuals for the role of FBO General Manager. Responsibilities include:

1. Maximize customer satisfaction while ensuring safety and quality of services.
2. Lead and develop staff to high standards.
3. Manage operations, customer service, sales, and accounting teams.
4. Ensure compliance with all regulations and policies.
5. Oversee facility operations, maintenance, and business development.
6. Act as liaison with airport authorities.
7. Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial oversight.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

Candidates must have:

• Previous FBO/aviation management experience.
• Flexibility to work 24/7 shifts.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (preferred).
• 5-8 years of aviation experience.
• Financial and managerial skills.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks.
