Mandatory Skills

• Proven ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) architecture & delivery experience.
• Strong ServiceNow platform expertise, including:
• HAM Pro module
• CMDB data model and asset integration.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required.
• Hands-on with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Graph Connectors, REST/SOAP integrations.
• Strong knowledge of hardware asset lifecycle management best practices.
• Must reside in Washington, DC area (partial onsite).
• Must be able to work on W2 (no C2C / no sponsorship).
  

Highly Desired Skills

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – HAM.
• Experience setting up data quality standards, governance, and reconciliation within CMDB.
• Prior enterprise-level architecture experience integrating HAM with other systems.
• Proven ability to present solution roadmaps to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience automating hardware asset lifecycle (procurement, deployment, refresh, disposal).
• Leadership qualities – ability to mentor developers and enforce best practices.
  

Key Responsibilities

• Lead architectural design & implementation of ServiceNow HAM solutions.
• Integrate HAM, CMDB, and enterprise systems ensuring accuracy & single source of truth.
• Act as ServiceNow SME, provide guidance, governance, and innovative solutions.
• Translate business requirements (IT, Finance, Procurement) into technical designs.
• Drive hardware asset lifecycle automation across procurement → deployment → disposal.
• Conduct design reviews & mentor development teams.
• Ensure solutions align with business needs & IT strategy.
