Role Description
Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Financial Reporting this role will support the day-to-day FP&A activities including reporting, analysis, modelling in addition to assisting in annual budgeting process coordination and multi-year strategic planning processes.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Financial Reporting this role will support the day-to-day FP&A activities including reporting, analysis, modelling in addition to assisting in annual budgeting process coordination and multi-year strategic planning processes.
The role will touch all aspects on the business and interface with various functions. It is a highly visible role with frequent exposure to senior leaders in the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue monthly reports for finance and other functions with associated commentary for wide group of stakeholders including senior leadership
- Develop and enhance financial models in the Financial Reporting area
- Prepare ad-hoc analysis and presentation of business results as requested by the CFO and senior management
- Overall budget process coordination, including development of budget templates, timelines, and communication plans
- Support the Commercial Finance team with reporting, analysis, and strategic initiatives
- Assist with special projects as required
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
- 3+ years of relevant financial experience, preferably Financial Reporting/FP&A
- Experience in Manufacturing industry a plus
- Advanced Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Experience with SAP and Tagetik a plus
- Self-starter with good energy and initiative
- Detail orientation with analytical experience
- Collaborative style with proven written and verbal communication skills
- Strong results orientation with good work ethic

The anticipated base annual salary range for this role is between $93,900.00 and $140,900.00 per year. This role is bonus eligible. The bonus incentive program is based on company meeting or exceeding targets. Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate and is only applicable for roles that are based out of Illinois. The final salary will be determined after considering relevant factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate’s qualifications, experience, and work location, where appropriate.
